This is the Oranje Topshots EK ’96-collection issued by Smith.
There are 48 pogs to collect of 24 players of the national team of the Netherlands. Every player has 2 different pogs. Pogs were a big hit in the 90’s and were mostly given for free when buying certain products. These pogs are made of plastic and measure 4 x 4 cm..
You can find pogs of many big players like: Bergkamp, Van der Sar, Kluivert, Overmars and many others.
